Yes - I saw this movie :) - Some of the action sequences are quite good , the plot is so so. The villain wants to revenge his GFs death who died .... oh well you watch it and you will know :)

Defiance

Not that much action as you would expect from a Daniel Craig movie :) but still good. Its based on a true story and in the end they tell you what each of the brothers are doing which is pretty interesting. Otherwise as well worth watching at least once.

Really ... why why why ??? I had seen Borat still went to see Bruno - what was I thinking? Wasn't thinking at all actually ...... More man parts being shown, more gross humor , more - OMG, what the f&**8 from the audience.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Well ...... I liked it that the movies was not as dark as the book but then it missed so many of the emotions, story line of the book. If you have not read the book, its fine you will be able to make out what's going on and its a good summary of the book. I think after waiting for 2 years for another harry potter book, I was expecting something more WOW, AMAZING than this.
Will watch it again on DVD though :)

I watch everything that has Jason Statham it so had to watch it. Fast pace movie with interesting twist

Awake

Not bad - a little slow though and a little different. The hero goes into this an anesthesia state where he could see everything happening to him and unravels a great mystery surrounding him.

Pink Panther 2

I feel bad for Peter Sellers - he was the one and only PINK PANTHER.
"Son of Pink Panther" movie series did not work since Peter's magic was not ther.
And neither does the new Steve Martin Pink Panther movie do anything. Saw the last movie in theater and was actually quite convinced that another one will not be made. But HOLLYWOOD has surprised me - another one !!!! Its even boring than the last one. The plot is predictable.
The only good thing about the movie was that Ash got a major break through in the Hollywood and we might see her some more.

Star Trek

OH My - what can I say.
I was sooooooo excited that this movie is coming out. I actually grew up watching Star Trek and the enterprise :) So it was trip down the memory lane for me.
Loved the movie - the graphics, all the actors , the direction was superb. I did not find anything wrong with the movie actually (honestly - am very biased about the movie) Would love to watch it again DVD.

The Hangover

There are so many movies made on this subject still it was surprising how this one kept us glued to the screen and laughing and amused at times.
I loved previous movies by Todd Philips like Old School, Road Trip so was glad that he made a good movie which I liked after the BORAT fiasco (yes - I did not like Borat but have high expectations from BRUNO).

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

I loved the first transformer movie. So it was but natural to watch the second one. Plus I am huge fan of movies that are based on Comics.
The movie has superb special effects. I loved the fight scenes between the transformers. They were sleek. There were couple of points where things just happened at random and looked as if the tape was cut and paste (if that's what's done) at the wrong place.
Overall - worth watching it on the big screen

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

Watched it in 3-D - it was an amazing experience.
Has all the elements of the previous ice-age movies - its funny, keeps you interested with some new elements which may just surprise you. Teaches values of team-work and family to the kids which is a plus :)
